Crypto exchanges can collaborate on issuer and project opportunities, capital-formation relationships and liquidity development while retaining their own customer relationships. Our strategy does not depend on exchanges sharing customer lists or moving their users to Ohanae. Any customer introductions or distribution services would be separately agreed and legally permitted.
Eligible firms can explore independent liquidity participation and other permitted brokerage relationships. Participation would require appropriate authorization, funded liquidity, operating arrangements and workable economics. Independent dealers are distinct from cash funders of Ohanae Securities’ own proprietary inventory.
Financial institutions, technology providers and prospective strategic investors can explore opportunities to collaborate with Ohanae on technology integration, market infrastructure, liquidity solutions and commercial relationships that support the development of our regulated securities markets.
