Greg Hauw is instrumental in the conceptualization and development of Ohanae Asset Tokenization Platform. Greg provides the direction and impetus to Ohanae's development, and effectively manages its progress. Prior to Ohanae, Greg was the president of Mykenae from August 2001 to June 2006. Mykenae was a venture funded data privacy security start-up with operations in Los Gatos, CA and Singapore. Prior to Mykenae, Greg was the president of Internet Appliance from 1999 to June 2001. Internet Appliance was a venture funded VPN appliance startup based in Fremont, CA. Before Internet Appliance, Greg was the managing director of Connected Computing from 1997 to 1998. Greg holds an MBA degree in strategic marketing from the University of Hull, U.K. and a degree in marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, U.K.
Vince Steckler retired as the board member and CEO of Avast in June 2019 after 10 ½ years. Through Vince’s leadership, he has transformed Avast from a sub $20M Czech company to become the world’s largest consumer security software company with over 400 million users globally, and subsequently taking the company public in May 2018 as the largest Tech IPO in the history of the London Stock Exchange. Prior to joining Avast in 2009, Vince was the SVP Worldwide Consumer Sales at Symantec. Vince joined Symantec in 2000 as VP of Public Sector Business and started Symantec's business of serving U.S. local, state, and federal governments. He also held the position of Symantec's VP for Asia- Pacific and Japan and was responsible for all enterprise and consumer business in that region. Vince now focuses mostly on philanthropy with the Magical Bridge Foundation in Palo Alto, CA. Vince holds two B.S.'s from the University of California, Irvine, one in Mathematics and the other in Information and Computer Science.

Previously served as worldwide Head of Human Resources and Administration of Internet Appliance, a venture funded VPN appliance startup based in Fremont, CA.
Daniel Kaylor joined the California Bar in 1981. He is a graduate of Providence College (AB), NDEA Fellow at Stanford University (MA) and Lincoln University School of Law (JD).
Initially worked with Apple Computer, Inc.’s outside counsel as part of its anti-trust litigation team. Opened a private practice focusing on startups and software licensing issues, including negotiating artist’s contract #2 signed with Electronic Arts. Representative clients include: Beam On Technology Corporation (chip stencils), the Andalé Management Group (restaurant chain), Medialocate, Inc. (translation, localization services), Optinvent, Inc. (French VR glasses), Imeve, Inc. (VR software), and Mirage Systems (ground penetrating radar) along with over 300 startups.

In addition to a J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law, Joel has a M.B.A. from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Bill Waite is currently the COO and Head of Global Banking for Eastgate Securities LLC, a boutique investment bank based on New York City. Bill began his career in finance at Merrill Lynch and since then has held several executive positions in the securities and consulting industries. Bill has published in academic journals, on finance websites, in connection with various think-tanks, and in a book on the financial viability of alternative energy. Bill currently serves on the advisory boards of multiple fintech companies. Bill has a BA and an MBA from Vanderbilt University, and an MA in Economics from the University of Connecticut, where he was also a Lecturer. Additionally,Bill also taught Managerial Economics at the University of Hartford Barney School of Business and was a visiting Lecturer in Macroeconomics at the Hanoi University of Technology, Vietnam. Chuck has served as an advisor to numerous emerging companies, both public and private, to assist with the implementation of their business plans, provide strategic opportunities—including potential merger and acquisition candidates, C-level executive and board member recruitment—and introduce capital markets relationships to help companies achieve their goals and growth potential. Chuck is a member of various Wall Street organizations, including serving as the Director of the National Investment Banking Association. Dr. Hee-Sen Jong is currently the Group CEO of GEX Ventures Pte Ltd and GEX Global Capital Pte Ltd. Hee-Sen enjoys a most blessed life-long journey of Innovating and Building Enterprises. He began his career as a Computer Science Academia in the National University of Singapore. He then joined the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation and was responsible for their first real estate investments in Japan, Taiwan, Korea and Australia. After leaving GIC, he tapped the global capital markets to build from ground up two listed healthcare groups. He was also named Asia Top 100 CIO in 2002. Hee-Sen has a PhD in Business and MA in Psychology from the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor), an MBA from the University of Wisconsin (Madison) and a BSc in Math and Computer Science from the National University of Singapore.

Jeff Ramson is the CEO of PCG Advisory Group which he founded in 2008. He is well regarded as a business entrepreneur and innovator, with a proven track record of more than 25 years’ experience on Wall Street, raising capital and providing strategic guidance for emerging public and private companies in various stages of development. Uniquely, Jeff was a pioneer in the intelligent use of social media to advance investor relations’ goals. SEC guidelines on the appropriate use of social media were only recently issued, years after PCG’s introduction of strategies and tactics for its clients to successfully utilize social media tools to increase awareness among key stakeholders. Jeff began his career as a Certified Public Accountant at Price Waterhouse. He then held positions of increasing responsibility at First Boston, Crédit Lyonnais, Bank of Nova Scotia, Barclays and Moore Capital, before founding a full-service broker/dealer. Jeff holds a BS in Accounting from George Washington University, Washington, D.C. He received CPA certification in 1985.
Jeff Yu is a success story of human capital development at Ohanae. Jeff started his software engineering career in 2006 as a PhD student intern at Ohanae. He developed the early version of the Ohanae password protection software on Windows XP. The underlying Masterkey technology was granted a U.S. patent in Jan 2020. Jeff received his post graduate degree in Computer System Architecture from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2011. He relocated to Singapore from China in 2013 to develop the Ohanae Secure File Sharing for Enterprise with Salesforce integration. In 2018, Ohanae pivoted to becoming an Asset Tokenization Platform based on distributed ledger technology. Jeff has since developed the Ohana Blockchain on Microsoft Azure, Ohana Identity (KYC verified identity based on self- sovereign principle), Ohana Connect (password-less login), Private Key protection using Masterkey (patented) technology with Passphrase Recovery and Ohanae App for Windows. Jeff is responsible for the integration of the primary issuance and secondary trading system on the Ohana Blockchain. Jeff is leading the engineering effort for Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows.

Andrii Zamovsky: the founder and chairman of Ambisafe. Andrii has been involved in the blockchain industry since early 2010 and has founded multiple successful blockchain companies, including Ambisafe, Orderbook and HolyTransaction. Andrii has taken leading blockchain architect role in Tether, Chronicled, Propy and dozens of other blockchain technology companies. Some of the other achievements include the development of the blockchain-based voting system for the government of Ukraine and issuing equity of SpaceX and Airbnb on the blockchain.

Pak-Lum was CTO of StarHub before becoming its chief business development officer and directing StarHub’s cybersecurity and big data analytics groups. He retired from Starhub in 2017, now managing partner of Tembusu Blockchain Fund I. May 1997, operated 1-Net Singapore’s backbone network. Won a $92 million 15-year contract to host the Singapore government data center. From July 2002-2010, CEO of the technology arm of MediaCorp, oversaw its support functions. He left to set up an IT software company developing middleware for cloud computing. At HP in 1984, R&D setup of its reliability laboratory in Singapore. Joined Pico Art International in 1989, computerizing its graphic design for efficiency. Next, formed a joint venture with Pico–GT Communications, offering CGI kiosks for large-scale events such as Health Fair 1992 and Singapore 2000 Exhibition. Pak-Lum holds a BS in EE from the National University of Singapore and MBA from UCLA. He is married with three children.
